200329-M-VO343-1126 LOS ANGELES (March 29, 2020) U.S. Navy HM3 Alfonso Chavez, a behavioral health technician, provides entrance security to the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) in Los Angeles March 29. The hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) deployed in support of the nation’s COVID-19 response efforts, and will serve as a referral hospital for non-COVID-19 patients currently admitted to shore-based hospitals. Who is behind Alliance?

Alliance was founded in 2015 while providing Volunteer Special Operations services for Convention Centers out of New Jersey. The need was found when it was determined that the majority of group events of any size were under prepared for medical crisis and relying on the 911 system. Often this was found at detriment at delay of care due to the lack of scalability by the local systems.
