Office of Administration & Operations (OAO)

The office of Operations and administration is a service to lighten and uniform volunteer, paid, or local outfits who otherwise need to consolidate or downsize the management of their administration operations. The OAO can range from contracted response officers qualified in mass incident management, and highly experienced for the routine calls. Or operations have taken on new developments that your existing personnel need a hand in or relieved of in order for them to be able to focus on the task at hand.
